GOLF TOURNAMENT FOR VOLUSIA
KIDS
NEW SMYRNA BEACH, FL
February 26, 2010:
The Daytona Beach Chapter of the Women’s Council
of Realtors is hosting it’s inaugural golf tournament
fund raiser at the new Venetian Bay Golf Club in New
Smyrna Beach. Tournament play begins with a shotgun
start at 9 a.m. on Monday, March 15th.
The funds raised from this event will
be to the benefit of the chapter’s education and program
funds and to “Volusia Kids” – selected from
organizations that directly benefit the children of
Volusia County such as The Children’s Home Society and
the Lawrence E. Whelan Begin Again Children’s Grief
Centers.
Bank of America is the event’s major
sponsor.
Tickets are $75/ea. and include
breakfast, lunch and tournament play. Tickets for
complete teams of 4 are $275, a $25 discount. Several
opportunities for prizes will be available. Hole-in-one
grand prizes donated by area businesses include a new
car from New Smyrna Chevrolet, an EZ Go golf cart and a
Segway Personal Transport donated by New Smyrna Segway.
