The New Smyrna Beach
Board of Realtors® has forged a partnership with
QBlue.com for them to provide the IDXBlue application free on
our Board’s consumer-facing website
NewSmyrnaBeachrealtors.com. In
exchange, they are given use of the NSB MLS data feed to provide
the IDXBlue application to our primary and secondary members at
a very nominal cost ($9/mo/no setup fees) to the member; agent
or office websites. Members are still required to obtain a MLS
Data Use License from NSBBOR prior to implementing the IDXBlue
application on their own website. There are no MLS Data
licensing fees for
agent websites; prescribed fees apply for office websites. For
