About the Association

The New Smyrna Beach Board of REALTORS® is a collection of the top real estate agents, brokers and managers throughout Volusia County. Members of the Board represent the highest quality service and are committed to upholding the traditions and standards of this long-running organization.

Whether you are buying or selling a permanent residence, vacation home, investment property or commercial property in New Smyrna Beach, Edgewater or Oak Hill, you know you can expect the best in representation when you work with one of our dedicated professionals. We believe that there’s nothing more important to buyers and sellers than choosing the right agent to represent them, which is why we offer an interactive Agent Search feature.

At the New Smyrna Beach Board of REALTORS®, we also understand how important it is for consumers and agents to have access to the latest resources and up-to-date market information. Whether it’s a detailed property search of the entire local listings database, community news, events and market trends or listings of local schools, neighborhoods and services that can aid you throughout your move (see our Community Affiliates page), you will find all the information you need to make the right real estate decisions.

Residential and commercial REALTORS serving southeast Volusia along with industry business professionals make up the NSBBOR membership. All REALTOR members identify as a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and abides by its strict Code of Ethics.
